Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Identify potential candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and recruitment agencies
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews to assess candidate fit for both role and company culture
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an attractive employer to build a strong talent pipeline and enhance candidate experience.
