Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Dwarka. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full life cycle of recruitment processes. Primary responsibilities include sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing hiring processes, and developing employer branding strategies. The role will also involve close collaboration with various teams to identify talent needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Expertise in Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Skill in conducting effective and professional candidate Interviews
• Experience in creating and managing Employer Branding strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Deep knowledge of excel is a necessary requirement
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is a plus
• Experienced candidates will be prioritised.
