Experience sourcing talent for roles such as Sales Representatives, Digital Marketing Associates, Account Managers, and Executive Assistants is highly desirable, alongside the ability to support technical and systems-driven roles.
Hands-on recruiting experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)including managing pipelines, automations, candidate communication, and reportingis a key requirement.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring high candidate quality, technical alignment where required, and a strong candidate experience.
