Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Post vacancies on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain an updated talent pipeline.
  • Conduct first-round interviews and coordinate with clients/hiring managers.
  • Handle salary breakup, offer negotiation, and joining formalities.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports; maintain data in the ATS.
  • Manage client coordination, address escalations, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Support basic HR operations documentation, employee onboarding, and HR records management.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
  • Strong exposure to IT and Infrastructure hiring and senior-level recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience handling client-facing recruitment and escalations.
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
