Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Recruiting: Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking events to identify qualified candidates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and team culture.
- Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and open communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person), assess candidate qualifications, and align them with job requirements.
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Extend offers to successful candidates, negotiate terms when necessary, and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, compensation data, and competitor hiring practices.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives through inclusive recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition. Experience in tech, healthcare, or specific industries is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
