About the Role
We're looking for a high-velocity Talent Acquisition Specialists for our Gurgaon Office who can drive end-to-end sourcing across different languages. This role demands precision, hustle, and a data-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own sourcing and hiring for outbound mandates across diverse roles and languages.
- Leverage LinkedIn Premium and any other creative channels to generate a consistent, high-quality candidate pipeline.
- Maintain strong sourcing velocity while ensuring candidaterole alignment.
- Track, report, and optimize funnel metrics to hit weekly and monthly targets.
- Drive structured coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth closures.
Qualifications
- BBA/MBA
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in talent acquisition, preferably in B2B consulting, staffing, multilingual or solutioning ecosystems.
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing acumen with the ability to find talent anywhere.
- Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven, fast-moving environment.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Well versed with different job portals.
