Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across various functions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibiliti

  • esManage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical role
  • s.Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing strategie
  • s.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking, and internal database
  • s.Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitabilit
  • y.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel member
  • s.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring need
  • s.Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollout
  • s.Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment proces
  • s.Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring statu
  • s.Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and internal system
  • s.Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce plannin
  • g.Stay updated on market trends, hiring strategies, and talent availabilit

Required Skills & Qualificati

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fi
  • eld.3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitm
  • ent.Hands-on experience in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), and Boolean search techniq
  • ues.Strong experience in stakeholder management and candidate engagem
  • ent.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal ski
  • lls.Experience in handling volume hiring/lateral hiring/campus hiring (as applicab
