The Opportunity

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives on identifying exceptional talent, building meaningful relationships, and creating career opportunities for professionals across global markets.

You will work closely with leading organizations across semiconductors, aerospace, healthcare, engineering, deep-tech, AI, and emerging technologies, helping them attract and engage highly specialized talent from around the world.

What You'll DoGlobal Talent Acquisition

• Identify and engage niche talent across India, North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.
• Build strong talent pipelines for critical and specialized roles.
• Source passive candidates using innovative sourcing techniques and AI-enabled tools.
• Conduct candidate assessments and drive end-to-end recruitment processes.

Candidate Engagement

• Become a trusted career advisor to senior professionals.
• Understand candidate motivations, career aspirations, relocation considerations, and long-term goals.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Back 2 Bharat Talent Programs

• Engage with returning NRI professionals exploring opportunities in India.
• Help global talent evaluate career, compensation, relocation, and ecosystem opportunities.
• Support talent communities and events focused on global Indian professionals.

Client Partnership

• Collaborate with hiring leaders and HR teams to understand business needs.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring strategies.
• Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Talent Intelligence

• Monitor global talent trends, emerging skills, and mobility patterns.
• Develop talent maps across key industries and geographies.
• Leverage AI, analytics, and market research to improve hiring outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Recruitment Consulting.
• Proven success hiring for niche and specialized roles.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern talent platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage senior-level professionals and build long-term relationships.
• Curiosity about technology, innovation, and global talent trends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build from the ground up.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience hiring in semiconductors, aerospace, healthcare, engineering, or deep-tech sectors.
• Experience engaging international talent or returning NRIs.
• Exposure to executive search and leadership hiring.
• Experience using AI tools for recruiting and talent intelligence.
