Location: Bangalore - Richmond

Experience Required: 5 – 7 Years

Job Summary:

Gopalan Enterprises is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage

end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and position

closures within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers
• Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, references, and consultancies
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with department heads
• Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts
• Maintain recruitment tracker and MIS reports
• Ensure strong offer-to-joining ratio
• Support bulk hiring for project and site requirements
• Build and maintain talent pipeline for future hiring needs

• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
• Target-oriented and self-driven approach
• Experience in Real Estate / Retail / Construction industry will be an added advantage

Educational Qualification:

• MBA / PGDM in HR (Preferred)
• Any Graduate with relevant experience
