Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our on-site team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, eager to grow in the HR field, and who thrives in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across departments.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
· Post job advertisements on platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and internal portals.
· Source high-quality candidates using Google ads, web searches, job boards, and networking.
· Screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring panels and interviewers.
· Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create Google Ads campaigns for recruitment or company branding.
· Assist in content creation for social media and internal hiring campaigns.
· Contribute ideas for employer branding strategies and campaigns.
· Analyse ad performance and recruitment marketing metrics to improve outcomes.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
· 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a tech or B2B company.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Experience with job portals.
· Proficiency or willingness to work on basic Google Ads campaignsor marketing coordination.
· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred: Experience in a tech/engineering/industrial environment
