Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Staffing

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: On-site (5 Days a Week)

Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through multiple job boards, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and delivering quality submissions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates using Monster, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant job portal
• Manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and submitting candidate
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various US-based requirement
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure timely submissions while maintaining high quality and compliance with client requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS or internal recruitment systems.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in US Staffing/US Recruitment
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Monster, Dice, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong understanding of the full life cycle recruitment process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sourcing, screening, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadliness.
• Comfortable working Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST.
• Willingness to work 5 days a week from the office
• This position is also open for Freshers
