Job Description

Job Title: IT Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week)

Experience: 4–6 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and sourcing across multiple technology domains. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can effectively manage hiring demands while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Delivery Leaders, and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  • Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fitment.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage salary negotiations, offer discussions, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and volume hiring requirements.
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring dashboards, and provide regular hiring updates to management.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in End-to-End IT Recruitment.
  • Proven experience hiring for technologies such as:
  • Java
  • .NET
  • Azure
  • AWS
  • Data Engineering
  • DevOps
  • Salesforce
  • SAP
  • Full Stack Development
  • AI/ML
  • Cloud Technologies
  • Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and referrals.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and working directly with Hiring Managers and Delivery Leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and deliver within defined timelines.
  • Strong experience in candidate screening, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in IT Services, Product Companies, or Staffing Organizations.
  • Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
