Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience in lateral hiring for BPO industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for International Voice, Sales, and Support roles, with strong stakeholder management and sourcing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for International Voice, Sales, and Support roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and assess candidates based on job requirements and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Achieve hiring targets within the defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular hiring updates.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lateral hiring for BPO industry.
- Experience in hiring for Leadership, lateral & Support roles for International Voice sales Process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in lateral hiring and target-driven recruitment environment will be an added advantage.
