Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Lateral & Strategic Hiring

Role Summary

Looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive lateral and Leadership hiring across functions, partner with business leaders, and build strong talent pipelines for critical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior roles.
• Source via LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and headhunting.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and close offers.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning & talent pipelines.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
• Track hiring metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire).
• Ensure strong stakeholder management and candidate experience.
• Maintain ATS, trackers, and process compliance.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field with 13 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including lateral/leadership hiring.
