Position Overview
You'll build the talent foundation for India's next major AI platform by recruiting world-class engineering teams. You'll own end-to-end technical recruiting across backend, frontend, DevOps, architecture, AI/ML, and technical program management roles. This role puts you at the center of scaling a fast-moving team that's building technology with real-world reach for 100M+ users.
Role & Responsibilities
Source and recruit across multiple technical domains: Backend/Frontend Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Solution Architects, AI/ML Engineers
Partner with engineering leaders to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate profiles for each domain
Conduct technical screening interviews and coordinate domain-specific assessments with engineering teams
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical technical roles across full-stack development and AI platform engineering
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and closure across diverse technical roles
Utilize Expertia and other advanced recruiting tools to identify and engage passive candidates across different technical specializations
Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes for speed and quality across all technical domains
Must Have Criteria
3-6 years of technical recruiting experience across multiple engineering domains (backend, frontend, DevOps, architecture)
Proven experience using ATS and various hiring platforms for candidate sourcing and pipeline management.
Strong understanding of diverse technical roles: full-stack development, cloud/DevOps, system architecture, AI/ML, and technical program management
Track record of successfully closing senior technical hires across different engineering specializations
Experience recruiting for fast-paced startup or product development environments with diverse technical needs
Demonstrated ability to assess technical skills across multiple domains during screening interviews
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting for B2C product companies or consumer-scale applications
Background in recruiting for companies with 100M+ user scale or high-growth startups
Knowledge of Indian technical talent landscape and engineering colleges across all tiers
Experience with technical assessment tools and structured interview processes across multiple engineering domains
