Job Description

First things first - What is HOWL

And No, we're not just another agency. And yes, you've probably heard that from every other agency but the next few sentences will try to articulate what our vision at HOWL is, and if it strikes a chord, we'd love to hear from you.

HOWL is a business-first digital company built to solve complex problems through creative storytelling, data, technology, and content. Everything we do is anchored in impact - growth, efficiency, or long-term value creation.

We work across strategy, experience, commerce, and growth, partnering closely with founders and leadership teams to build brands, platforms, and systems that scale. Over time, this has shaped HOWL into a company that doesn't just execute briefs, but thinks deeply, builds deliberately, and operates with intent.

What drives us is simple: the need to create.

Create teams. Create processes. And ultimately, create our own brands and products alongside our partners. If that way of thinking resonates, you'll feel at home here.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build teams that can operate in ambiguity, think across disciplines, and execute with rigour.

This is a hands-on role focused on quality of hire, not volume. You will own the recruitment lifecycle while supporting core HR operations, working closely with leadership as HOWL continues to scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own end-to-end hiring across creative, strategy, tech, performance, and operations roles
  • Source talent through platforms, networks, referrals, and proactive research
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for role fit, capability, and mindset
  • Support offer discussions and hiring closures
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities
  • Manage HR operations including onboarding, documentation, HRMIS updates, and payroll inputs
  • Maintain recruitment data, reports, and process hygiene
  • Continuously improve hiring processes as the organisation evolves

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or core HR functions
  • Strong familiarity with job portals, professional networks, and sourcing tools
  • Comfortable using HRMIS platforms and MS-Office tools
  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Structured thinker with attention to detail
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

LIFE WITH A WOLFPACK:

It's important that work goes beyond task lists and deadlines. You'll be entering a workplace, packed with creative individuals. Learning will be exponential, we'll make sure of it too. Weekly learning sessions as well as conversations with the founders will only add to your skillset and perspective.
