Job Role- Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience- 2-5 Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various technical roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source and attract top technical talent using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct technical screening to assess candidates proficiency in relevant technologies.
- Manage the interview process, coordinate with candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate and job information.
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Stay updated with current trends in IT technologies and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Analytics, Networking, etc.).
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other professional networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to understand technical job descriptions and match candidates accordingly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and time management skills.
