Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking dynamic Sourcing Specialists with 2-8 years of experience in US staffing and recruitment to join our high-volume hiring team. The ideal candidate excels in LinkedIn profile sourcing, Boolean strings, X-Ray searches, and social media recruitment. You will source top tech and IT talent for US clients using advanced techniques, with flexibility for night shifts to align with US time zones. This role demands precision, speed, and a deep understanding of LinkedIn Premium tools.

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced candidate searches on LinkedIn using Boolean strings, X-Ray searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Premium features like Talent Insights, Open Profile filters, and Spotlights.

• Collaborate with recruiters to qualify profiles, shortlist 50+ candidates daily, and maintain ATS records for high-volume US staffing projects.

Required Qualifications

• 2-8 years of hands-on experience in US staffing, IT recruitment, or RPO.
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn sourcing: Boolean logic.
• Excellent English communication; ability to work US night shifts with high energy.
