Key Responsibilities
End-to-end IT Recruitment Sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT professionals.
Partnering with Hiring Managers Understanding role requirements and defining candidate profiles.
Sourcing & Networking Using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hirist, referrals, and Naukri to identify the right talent.
Technical Screening & Coordination Conducting pre-interviews and coordinating assessments.
Talent Pipeline Development Maintaining a strong pool of skilled IT professionals for future hiring needs.
ATS & Hiring Tools Management Tracking recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Industry Research Staying updated with emerging technologies, hiring trends, and market insights.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably in healthcare, tech, or product-based companies).
Strong understanding of IT roles, programming languages, and industry trends.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri search, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and hiring tools.
