Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role located in Okhla Phase - 2, New Delhi. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and creating positive candidate experiences. Additional responsibilities include enhancing employer branding, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, and ensuring the hiring process aligns with company strategies and goals.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and talent sourcing
• Strong skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Experience in Corporate Hiring and talent acquisition strategies
• Knowledge of Employer Branding techniques and practices
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and external partners
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
