About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who is passionate about hiring great talent and partnering closely with business leaders. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment and play a key part in building strong talent pipelines across functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding
  • Execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and hiring efficiency
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (corporate or agency)
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and Boolean search techniques
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple positions in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of HR policies and hiring best practices
