Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Understand job requirements and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers
- Assess candidate skills, experience, and fitment
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT roles (for IT recruiters) or domain knowledge (for non-IT roles)
- Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment
