Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our regional hiring team .The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing quality candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned regional requirements

· Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and vendor support

· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

· Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates

· Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers

· Follow up with shortlisted candidates for interview feedback and offer acceptance

· Ensure smooth onboarding coordination with HR operations team

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements

· Work closely with regional managers to understand hiring needs Required Skills:

· Good communication and interpersonal

Skills

· Strong sourcing and screening abilities

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

· Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycle

· Good coordination and follow-up skills Preferred Qualifications:

· Graduate / MBA in HR or related field

· Prior experience in bulk hiring or regional hiring is an added advantage
