Lead Generation Executive (B2B) — 3+ Years Experience

The Role

We're looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive who can consistently identify, engage, and generate qualified opportunities for the business.

This is a pure lead generation role (top-of-funnel) — focused on prospecting, outreach, and booking meetings. You will play a key role in building a predictable and scalable pipeline for the sales team across both Indian and international markets.

What You'll Own

  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and other relevant platforms
  • Research and map HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers across industries
  • Execute outbound campaigns via cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and calling
  • Initiate conversations and generate qualified leads and meeting opportunities
  • Qualify prospects at a basic level (fit, need, interest) before passing to the sales team
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/leadership team
  • Work across Indian and international markets, adapting messaging, tone, and outreach strategies accordingly
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (lead status, follow-ups, outreach tracking)
  • Run structured follow-up sequences to improve response rates and conversions
  • Continuously test and improve outreach messaging, targeting, and strategies

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation / outbound roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn)
  • Good understanding of both Indian and international B2B markets
  • Ability to adapt outreach strategies based on geography and audience
  • Excellent communication skills — English (mandatory)
  • Soft-spoken, confident, and professional in conversations
  • Highly consistent, disciplined, and process-driven
  • Detail-oriented with strong ability to manage data and follow-ups
