Role & Responsibilities:
- End-to-end IT recruitment for mid to junior-level positions
- Strong experience in IT hiring across technologies
- Hands-on experience in sourcing profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Screening and shortlisting candidates as per role requirements
- Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
- Managing candidate pipeline and maintaining recruitment trackers
- Handling notice period (NP) discussions and ensuring quick closures
- Ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 13 years of IT recruitment experience (mandatory)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Experience in hiring immediate joiners / short NP candidates
- Good understanding of IT skills, roles, and market trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred:
- Experience in staffing / RPO / IT services hiring
- Immediate availability or serving very short notice
