We are seeking to hire Talent Acquisition Advisor / Specialists.
Looking for candidates with 1 - 4 years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment.
Preferred candidates with stellar communication skills and available to start immediately.
Qualification: B. Tech or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience in full life-cycle recruiting (sourcing to onboarding)
- Strong understanding of hiring strategy & employer branding
- Expertise in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline with timely follow-ups
- Manage documentation, offer rollouts & onboarding coordination
- Strong interviewing & candidate assessment skills
- Knowledge of recruiting strategies, tools & market trends
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements & timelines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
- Experience with ATS / HR software is a plus
- Ensure a seamless & positive candidate experience
Work Location: Cessna Business Park, Kadubeesanahalli Bangalore
Shift: 9.30am to 6.30pm IST
Workdays: Monday to Friday.
