Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on person who will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for critical roles across tech, product, data, and operations functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from understanding business needs and defining role requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, etc.).
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to design hiring strategies aligned with organizational growth.
- Drive data-driven hiring decisions by maintaining accurate dashboards, metrics, and insights.
