Role Overview
We are looking for three high-energy, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our on-site team in Bangalore. This isn't just a process role; you will be the engine behind building a world-class Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) R&D facility. You will own the entire candidate lifecyclefrom the first cold call to the day they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for niche R&D and Engineering roles (Cell Chemistry, BMS, Thermal Management, etc.).
- Aggressive Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche platforms to find passive engineering talent that doesn't apply to ads.
- Logistics Mastery: Take full ownership of interview coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for both the candidate and the R&D hiring managers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle complex salary negotiations and counter-offer scenarios with transparency and tact.
- Post-Offer Management: Drive the document collection process and maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule to minimize no-shows and ensure high joining ratios.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 25 years in Recruitment, specifically within R&D, Hardware Engineering, or Deep-Tech sectors.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering terminology; if you don't know what a BMS or Solid-state battery is, you must be a fast enough learner to find out by Day 2.
- The Hustle Factor: A proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
