We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our recruitment team. The Talent Sourcer will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should be skilled in using advanced sourcing strategies, including X-ray search, Boolean search, and other innovative sourcing techniques, to attract top talent.
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilise multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Apply advanced search techniques such as Boolean strings, X-ray search, and specialised sourcing tools.
- Proactively map talent markets and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Screen profiles to ensure alignment with role requirements and pass qualified leads to recruiters.
- Maintain sourcing metrics, dashboards, and reports to track progress.
- Stay updated with the latest sourcing tools, technologies, and market trends.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years in Talent Sourcing or Recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications in sourcing/recruitment (e. g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) will be an added advantage.
- Strong experience in X-ray search, Boolean search, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of market intelligence and talent mapping.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in sourcing for IT/Tech and non-tech roles.
- Exposure to global recruitment and GCC hiring.
