Role Description

This full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role is based in Hyderabad. The position involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. The candidate will also assist in building and promoting the company's employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates and contribute to enhancing the overall hiring strategy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing candidates
• Ability to develop and execute effective Employer Branding strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
• Familiarity with best practices in recruitment technology and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in IT recruitment is preferred
