Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Technical US IT Recruiter Specialist, based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, identifying and hiring top IT talent, and collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting technical evaluations, negotiating offers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The specialist will stay updated on market trends and proactively build prospect pipelines to address client needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding
• Strong expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for diverse technology roles
• Solid experience with Hiring and Recruiting processes and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Understanding of the US job market, employment policies, and visa requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
