Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in SmartRecruiters to lead and support implementation, configuration, and optimization of recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in talent acquisition processes and integration with SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze Talent Acquisition business requirements and translate them into SmartRecruiters solutions
  • Configure workflows, approval processes, permissions, and system tags
  • Lead and support implementation of SmartRecruiters core recruiting functionalities
  • Design and configure modules such as:
    • Job Requisitions
    • Candidate Management
    • Hiring Team Setup
    • Offer Management
    • Career Site & Candidate Experience
  • Support integration with SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC / RCM / ONB 2.0)
  • Assist in data migration and testing phases (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT)
  • Provide go-live and post-implementation support
  • Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios
  • Collaborate with integration, middleware, and technical teams
  • Handle production support, incident management, and issue resolution
  • Provide system optimization and continuous improvement recommendations
Required Skills (Must-Have)

  • SAP SmartRecruiters Certification
  • Strong hands-on experience in SmartRecruiters implementation and configuration
  • Expertise in recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition processes
  • Experience in designing and configuring recruiting modules

Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)

  • Understanding of Talent Acquisition trends and best practices
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem
  • Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Service Request management)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in system integrations and vendor coordination
  • Ability to maintain documentation (KEDB, validation docs, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and status reporting
