Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter/Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent, managing the talent acquisition process, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders. The professional will oversee all facets of recruitment, including full-lifecycle recruiting, hiring processes, and account management, to support business growth and align with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Strong skills in Hiring and Account Management
• Exceptional Communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and clients
• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the IT staffing industry
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
