Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates across various departments while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding formalities
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring strategies
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn hiring
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS tools

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
