Job Summary:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in hiring for PPC Sales roles, ideally within the travel industry. This role requires strong expertise in sourcing and placing high-performance telesales professionals who convert inbound PPC leads into bookings, particularly for flight and holiday packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for PPC Sales roles.
  • Work closely with sales and operations managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Source and screen candidates for inbound travel sales roles with a focus on flights, packages, and other travel services.
  • Hire for roles such as travel sales agents, flight consultants, and call center sales executives handling PPC-generated leads.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support high-volume, fast-paced hiring demands.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings and evaluate candidates based on communication, sales aptitude, and travel industry experience.
  • Use ATS and other recruitment tools to manage applicant flow and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and coordination with HR/Training teams for smooth handoffs.
  • Report on recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on PPC lead trends, peak seasons, and talent availability in the travel sales sector.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in hiring for PPC Sales roles Or in BPO.
  • Strong understanding of PPC lead flow sales models especially in inbound call center environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire for high-pressure, target-driven sales roles.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and referral networks.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the travel industry or hiring for travel agencies.
  • Knowledge of global travel sales trends, including US-markets.
  • Understanding of key traits and KPIs for successful PPC travel sales agents.
  • Experience with bulk hiring or ramp-up projects in a sales/call center environment.
