About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for both
IT and Non-IT roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, build a strong talent pipeline, and help shape a skilled team that drives our mission of transforming higher education abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles across the organization.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interview rounds.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
- Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Ensure compliance with legal, company, and HR policies throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.

- You have 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
- You're skilled at sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills help you connect with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- You can manage multiple roles and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
