Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT Recruiter
You will be responsible for working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to effectively execute sourcing and hiring strategies. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting broader talent initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Networking
- Actively source, build, and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through multiple channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, internal career portals, employee referrals, headhunting, and other social platforms.
- Leverage proactive search techniques and networking to identify high-quality talent for current and future requirements.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Own and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing coordination, and candidate management.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to facilitate smooth interview processes and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Plan, organize, and execute large-scale recruitment drives as required.
Process Excellence & Reporting
- Ensure consistency and quality in the Talent Acquisition process by monitoring key KPIs such as lead time, profile quality, and offer conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and high-quality recruitment data to support data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement optimization initiatives to enhance hiring efficiency.
Employer Branding
- Support the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns across digital platforms and internal/external channels.
- Develop and manage early talent programs to build future talent pipelines.
- Maintain and grow university partnerships, drive campus engagement and recruitment activities.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 13 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including prior experience working in a recruitment agency.
- Proven experience hiring for roles across engineering, sales, software, and manufacturing domains.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, proactive, and can-do attitude with strong work ethic and a commitment to high-quality delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as well as CRM and ATS tools.
