Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead and drive end-to-end hiring across functions. This role will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring timely and quality hiring while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and drive closures.
- Build strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial screenings and ensure quality hiring.
- Drive employer branding and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Track hiring metrics and optimize recruitment processes.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team.
Key Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management and high-volume hiring experience.
- Proven ability to close roles within tight timelines.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, ATS, job portals).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
