Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen campaign execution and support demand generation across Facctum's marketing function. This is a mid-level individual contributor role for someone who can take a brief and run with it. You should be able to create strong digital marketing outputs with minimal oversight, refine content to a high standard, and contribute meaningfully across email, LinkedIn, campaign creative, ad copy, webinar promotion, and wider digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong writing instinct, good visual judgment, modern digital fluency, and a practical understanding of how marketing content and campaigns influence engagement, registrations, lead generation, and pipeline support. You do not need to be a pure designer, but you must already have a strong working understanding of HubSpot and be able to use it confidently in support of campaign execution, automation, and tracking. You must also be able to execute well, think commercially, and produce high-quality work in a lean B2B SaaS environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Take approved campaign direction and turn it into strong, campaign-ready execution with minimal supervision.
• Support demand generation efforts by helping drive registrations, engagement, lead generation, and conversion uplift through stronger campaign activity.
• Own day-to-day campaign execution across multiple initiatives, with the ability to manage timelines, assets, and output quality in a lean environment.
• Contribute to website copy updates and digital content improvements where needed.
• Repurpose webinars, content, and marketing materials into usable digital campaign assets.
Content & Creative Execution
• Draft and refine strong first versions of digital marketing content from briefs, demos, notes, recordings, or other source material.
• Write clear, thoughtful, and well-judged copy for email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, website copy, ad copy, and scripts or talking points.
• Produce content that is appropriate for a B2B SaaS audience and sensitive to tone, credibility, and buyer context.
• Translate complex technology or product-related concepts into content that educates, builds trust, and supports demand generation without sounding overly sales-led.
• Create strong digital assets independently using tools such as Canva and, where relevant, Figma or Adobe tools.
• Develop clean, modern, and appropriate B2B SaaS visual outputs such as LinkedIn carousels, webinar promo graphics, ad creatives, event signage, and simple PDFs.
Marketing Operations & Tools
• Execute campaigns confidently in HubSpot and related marketing tools, including email sends, campaign tracking, workflow support, and day-to-day marketing operations activity.
• Contribute to workflow building and campaign automation where relevant.
• Support list handling, segmentation, and CRM-related activity where needed.
• Work comfortably across modern marketing tools and use them effectively to improve speed, quality, and execution.
• Collaborate with the wider team on digital tooling, including HubSpot, Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Adobe tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and video editing platforms where relevant.
Reporting, Optimization & Collaboration
• Support campaign tracking and performance visibility across key initiatives.
• Contribute to testing and optimisation across areas such as subject lines, messaging, creative, and campaign structure.
• Help identify what is improving engagement, registrations, and lead generation, and apply those learnings to future work.
• Work closely with the CMO, Marketing Contributor, and wider internal stakeholders across product, sales, design, leadership, and website-related functions.
• Help mentor and elevate the Marketing Contributor through strong example-setting, collaboration, and practical support.
Required Qualifications
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content-led marketing, growth marketing, or campaign execution roles.
• Strong ability to write and refine digital marketing content to a high standard across email, LinkedIn, website copy, ad copy, and campaign materials. • Strong visual judgment and the ability to independently create clean, modern, and effective digital marketing assets suited to a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to execute campaigns in a hands-on way rather than only contributing at a strategic or conceptual level .
• Strong hands-on working knowledge of HubSpot is essential, including confidence with email campaign execution, campaign tracking, workflows, and core marketing operations.
• Experience working in lean teams or smaller, fast-moving environments where resourcefulness and self-sufficiency are important.
• Good understanding of how digital marketing supports engagement, registrations, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
• Confidence using modern marketing tools and platforms to improve quality and efficiency
