Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies for Enterprise Sales Heads, Channel Leads, and Regional Sales Managers.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring SLAs and timelines are met for high-volume, multi-geo hiring.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, delivering an exceptional experience.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry databases, events, and social media.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions and leadership discussions.
- Drive recruitment initiatives that enhance efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain accurate data and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably in Consumer Electronics Industry
- Proven success in hiring senior sales leadership and managing high-volume recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in recruitment analytics.
- Familiarity with sales metrics and KPIs across B2B, B2C, and channel sales.
- Experience with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
