Role Summary

We are looking for an experiencedSenior TA Partnerto drive high-volume hiring for sales professionals in our Services business. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, executing strategic sourcing plans, and partnering with senior stakeholders to hire Enterprise Sales Leaders and Business Heads across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies for Enterprise Sales Heads, Channel Leads, and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring SLAs and timelines are met for high-volume, multi-geo hiring.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry databases, events, and social media.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions and leadership discussions.
  • Drive recruitment initiatives that enhance efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain accurate data and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Skills & Experience

Must-Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably in Consumer Electronics Industry
  • Proven success in hiring senior sales leadership and managing high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in recruitment analytics.
Good-to-Have:
  • Familiarity with sales metrics and KPIs across B2B, B2C, and channel sales.
  • Experience with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
  • Learning agility and ability to adapt to evolving market trends.
