We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who can own hiring outcomes, not just processes. This role requires strong stakeholder management, hiring judgment, and the ability to build reliable talent pipelines in fast-moving environments.
You will work closely with business leaders to translate workforce plans into timely, high-quality hires while building systems that scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and functions
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring priorities and role context
- Build and manage talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping
- Drive hiring metrics including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and closure ratios
- Lead interview processes, candidate evaluation, and offer management
- Improve hiring processes to ensure consistency, speed, and candidate experience
- Manage external recruitment partners where required
- Track hiring data and provide clear, actionable insights to leadership
- Mentor recruiters or coordinators and drive execution quality
What We're Looking For
- 612 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven experience hiring across multiple functions (tech and/or business roles)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on sourcing experience with modern hiring tools and platforms
- Ability to operate in high-volume or high-priority hiring environments
- Sound judgment in evaluating talent beyond resumes
- Comfortable balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience
