Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle recruiting process to identify and secure top talent. Key responsibilities include developing and managing hiring strategies, leading employer branding efforts to attract exceptional candidates, conducting interviews, and building a strong talent acquisition pipeline. Your role will ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, equitable, and aligned with company goals.

• Expertise in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and robust knowledge of hiring processes.
• Proven skills in Employer Branding and attracting top talent with innovative strategies.
• Experience in Interviewing and candidate evaluation to ensure the best fit for roles.
• Extensive background in Recruiting practices with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Knowledge of talent market trends and recruitment tools is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Experience in the technology or digital platforms industry is a bonus.
