We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts who has a proven track record of managing complex hiring portfolios and leading a recruitment team.

In this role, you'll get a chance to work on (Roles & Responsibilities):

  • Leading a team of multiple recruiters, guiding their daily activities.
  • Driving recruitment efforts across the team, ensuring adherence to SOPs and hiring targets.
  • Managing end-to-end bulk recruitment for functional and cross-functional roles including leadership and niche roles.
  • Defining, tracking, and reporting on key Hiring Metrics/KPIs to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders for workforce planning, expectations setting and ensuring successful fulfillment of hiring requirements.
  • Demonstrating proficiency with the latest hiring tools and keeping updated on best hiring practices in the industry.
  • Actively promoting EEO principles through impactful employer branding and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of dedicated experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong hand in hiring for EdTech academic counsellors.
  • 2 years of experience in managing a team of recruiters.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of modern recruitment technology, sourcing methods, and best-in-class hiring practices.
