Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Intern at XpressEdu. The intern will assist in various aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and supporting employer branding initiatives. The role also involves engaging with potential candidates, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating with the talent acquisition team to enhance recruitment strategies. The intern will have opportunities to learn about full-life cycle recruiting and gain hands-on experience in the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Knowledge or interest in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Skills in Interviewing and Hiring
- Understanding of Employer Branding and its importance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive approach to learning and ability to work collaboratively
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
