Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will be involved in sourcing and screening candidates, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, assisting in employer branding initiatives, and conducting interviews. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining candidate records, coordinating interview schedules, and supporting the hiring team to achieve recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Familiarity with Employer Branding and ability to contribute to building a strong company brand
• Skills in Interviewing and Recruiting candidates effectively
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office or recruitment-related tools is a plus
• Pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
