SALARY - 15K (TARGET BASED)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist in various stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, sourcing talent, scheduling interviews, and supporting employer branding activities. The intern will work closely with the talent acquisition and human resources teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Skills in Interviewing and Hiring practices
• Understanding of Employer Branding strategies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
• An educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
