This is a performance-based internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern at Schola. The selected candidate will assist in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. They will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and provide support in improving the recruitment process. This internship is a remote opportunity, offering flexible and dynamic work experience.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Experience in Interviewing and Hiring
• Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Prior experience or coursework in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
