About The Opportunity

A fast-growing player in the HR technology and talent acquisition services sector, building digital hiring solutions and talent communities for startups and enterprises across India. We deliver end-to-end recruitment programs—combining data-driven sourcing, employer branding, and ATS-driven workflows—to place top talent quickly and predictably. Primary job title: Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across India: source, screen, interview, close, and hand off for onboarding while maintaining candidate experience and time-to-hire metrics.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards and proactive sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search) for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles.
  • Manage and update the ATS to ensure accurate candidate tracking, stage progression, and recruitment analytics for stakeholders.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft role briefs, interview guides, scorecards, and structured selection processes to improve hiring quality.
  • Lead offer management including compensation benchmarking, negotiation, and timely closure while safeguarding employer brand.
  • Run targeted hiring campaigns including campus drives, referral programs, and employer-brand initiatives to scale hiring funnel.
