Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for corporate hiring, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including social media, job portals, and professional networks.
  • Employ strategies to attract passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Screen resumes and application forms to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person to evaluate candidates fit.
  • Prepare and administer candidate assessments and assignments as needed.
  • Advertise job openings on company career portals, social media, job boards, and internal channels.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation.
  • Extend job offers, respond to candidate queries regarding compensation, benefits, and onboarding.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to monitor the effectiveness of hiring processes.
  • Participate in job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events to attract talent.
  • Collaborate with managers to forecast and plan for future hiring needs.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires, supporting them through the onboarding process.

Qualification and Experience

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in corporate hiring.
