Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Schedule and manage interview processes between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback and next steps.
- Assist in offer rollouts, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and screening methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
- Exposure to client or stakeholder management.
